We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :

• The item may be damaged during transit.
• Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
• Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

Item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed

(1) We value your positive evaluation and really want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please contact us with any problems and we will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied.

(2) The clothes are custom made and it is difficult for us to accept returning if there is not any quality issue. We will be responsible if there is wrong measurement or quality issue because of our careless work. Otherwise, the return or exchange of the product in custom made isn’t accepted. Please contact us once find such issues within 24 hour of receipt.

(3) We will accept returns brand new condition ( no smoke scents, no make-up stains, no alterations ) and the used(even once) are not returnable.  

(4)Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

(5)When you will decide to return our product we will ask you for the photoes of our product within the same box it was received by you.If such information will not be provided by you we may ask for other confirmations as well .If you provide the correct information then we will ask you to ship your product to our address.

What should you do if you have decided to return the items back?

(1)Please contact us to request a return authorization within 24 hours after product is. Your name and reason for return should be included in the email.  After we both agree to exchange, please pack it well and send back the item, After you send it out, please let us know the tracking number,  All items returned must contain all original packaging material.  Thank you for your cooperation!

(2) We couldn`t solve for your returned package if you haven`t contacted us. Hope you could kindly understand that.

(3)The item must be returned in its original condition to our place.

(4)we make the dress as the size you gave us. if the dress problem caused by your measure, we will not return the money. if your measurements are right, the mistake was caused by us, we will return the money to you .

(5)Once the dress is received back. We will be happy to refund your payment. You must pay for the shipping back to us as well. Regret that shipping cost is non-refundable.

Color & description disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from ShishaFashion is aware of this genuine problem.
